The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham. Matthew 1.1

and Jacob begat Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ. Matthew 1.16

Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When his mother Mary had been betrothed to Joseph, before they came together she was found with child of the Holy Spirit. Matthew 1.18

And she shall bring forth a son and thou shalt call his name JESUS for it is he that shall save his people from their sins. Matthew 1.21

and knew her not till she had brought forth a son: and he called his name JESUS. Matthew 1.25

Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, Wise-men from the east came to Jerusalem, saying, Matthew 2.1

Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to the Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him. Matthew 3.13

But Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffereth him. Matthew 3.15

And Jesus when he was baptized, went up straightway from the water: and lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove, and coming upon him Matthew 3.16

Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil. Matthew 4.1

Jesus said unto him, Again it is written, Thou shalt not make trial of the Lord thy God. Matthew 4.7

Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. Matthew 4.10

From that time began Jesus to preach, and to say, Repent ye for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Matthew 4.17

And Jesus went about in all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of disease and all manner of sickness among the people. Matthew 4.23

And it came to pass, when Jesus had finished these words, the multitudes were astonished at his teaching: Matthew 7.28

And Jesus saith unto him, See thou tell no man but go, show thyself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them. Matthew 8.4

And when Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel. Matthew 8.10

And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way as thou hast believed, be it done unto thee. And the servant was healed in that hour. Matthew 8.13

And when Jesus was come into Peter's house, he saw his wife's mother lying sick of a fever. Matthew 8.14

Now when Jesus saw great multitudes about him, he gave commandments to depart unto the other side. Matthew 8.18
